At Decca Records Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, sealed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your vinyl, CDs, or merchandise in the original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the provided return shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
