When will my order be shipped?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the release date listed on the product page; your entire order will ship once all items are in stock.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns on damaged or defective media within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging. Opened items that are not defective cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
What payment methods do you accept?

What should I do if my vinyl arrives warped or damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
